Questions You Might Have
How does the free trial work?
Try any plan free for 30 days. No card required, and you only pick a plan when you're ready. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime.
How do you count visits?
Visits are monthly sessions, measured through analytics we set up together during onboarding. It's the same number you already watch in your own reports, and it resets each billing month. Requests, bandwidth and other technical units are ours to manage, not yours to worry about.
What happens if I go over my plan?
Nothing breaks. Your site keeps serving at full speed. We email you at 80%, the first month over is free, and only if you stay over for two consecutive months do we move you up. One-off spikes are never billed. On Scale you can also add traffic in $89 blocks of 100k visits instead of changing plans.
Do cheaper plans get fewer features?
No. The full builder, all 30+ blocks and 260+ patterns, the theme, demos and design system are on every plan, including Launch. Higher plans add scale and service, never a bigger slice of the core product.
What is the early-adopter price?
The rates shown are early-access prices for customers joining now, and they're locked for life. Whatever price you sign at is the price you keep, even as standard pricing rises later.
Do you offer annual plans?
Yes. Pay for a year up front on Growth or Scale and we migrate your existing site over for free. That covers a standard site of up to around 25 pages. Larger sites, custom functionality or complex integrations are quoted separately, and we'll tell you upfront which one you are.
Can you build the site for me?
Yes. Setup, content migration and custom block or full-site builds are available as separate one-time services or a monthly retainer, on top of any plan. We can also put you in touch with agencies already building on RockitWP if you'd rather work with a partner. Just tell us what you need and we'll find you the right fit.
